Even though she has published several novels using her real name and the ‘Ashley Coleman’ pseudonym, Antoinette is primarily known for the work she has done as a member of the ‘Ashley and JaQuavis’ writing duo.

Ashley and JaQuavis were 17 years old when they caught the attention of Carl Webber. With his assistance, they landed publishing deals during their freshman year in college, a feat that few other authors can boast about.

They starting releasing smash hit after smash hit, quickly making a name for themselves within the North American publishing market. Besides their ghostwriting achievements, the pair was also fortunate enough to make appearances in Vibe, Don Diva, Essence, and other notable publications. They even secured a lucrative publishing deal with Cash Money Records.

However, Ashley Antoinette’s solo career was just as successful. Some of the books she wrote appeared in New York Times bestseller lists.
